Built in 1910 this South Minneapolis home hadn’t been updated in decades. The kitchen was outdated and closed off, the original hardwood floors were covered with carpet and the home needed a lot of TLC. The overhaul of this home was designed with a growing family in mind. All of the materials that went into this extensive remodel were chosen for their durability and family friendly qualities without compromising the integrity of the design. Using a monochromatic color palette created a cohesive design scheme that carried throughout the home and made it feel sophisticated while still being family friendly.
